Well, the title pretty much sums up this reading. If you are completely losing your sh*t and in full-on crisis mode, I will drop what I’m doing, pull up your chart and help bring some understanding to what you are experiencing. I’m not here to validate your mind and its stories, so this reading is not about blaming others in your life. I have an aspect in my design that is capable of handling crisis, so I will hold the space for you to see yourself in the situation, find some acceptance and calm the f*ck down.
